ClearShift technology enables independent programming of the upper and lower turrets, offering several benefits including simplifying programming, efficiently catching/removing parts from the sub-spindle without having to stop machining, enhancing safety/flexibility in setup, and significantly decreasing overall cycle times.

Automatic parts-catcher efficiently removes the finished parts up to 180 mm long in automatic mode and idle time, enhancing lights-out operation. The gantry is also engineered for precision engagement, ensuring gentle handling of parts, reducing any possible denting/scuffing.

The BMX 45Y2 is equipped with two rugged and quick Eurotech servo turrets. Directly driven live tooling on all positions with no belts. Up to 3 tools can work simultaneously. The rotary tools are driven by a motor with 16.2 lb.ft torque, 6.1 HP power and speed range of 6000 rpm.
