The substantial horsepower—10 HP on the main spindle *and * sub-spindle—enables faster material removal and the use of larger drills. Additionally, compatibility with any major brand of guide bushing and collet ensures a straightforward setup process.

The Diamont's included hydraulic disc brake assists in removing more material during milling and also reducing the stress on the C-axis throughout the machining process. Additionally, the increased cylinder clamp force is a significant benefit for ID work and also reduces bar pushback.

The Diamont's integrated power 12 station turret is designed to utilize Eurotech's EGS. Additionally the Diamont uses the BMT55 holders and has directly driven live tooling on all positions with no belts. Up to 3 tools can work simultaneously. The rotary tools are driven by a motor with 16.2 lb.ft torque, 6.1 HP power and speed range of 6000 rpm.

The Mitsubishi M80 controller boasts 3 channels for superimposition (for 3 tools in the cut). Additionally multiple cutting-edge features are included that enhance machining efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use. Starting with a high-speed processor, the M80 offers rapid data processing and seamless operation, ensuring that complex machining tasks are executed flawlessly. Its user-friendly interface, highlighted by a high-resolution touchscreen, simplifies the setup and monitoring processes, allowing operators to interact more intuitively with the system. The M80 also supports advanced programming capabilities, including 3D simulation and VCC (Vibration Cutting Control) which generates feed axis vibration during machining, breaking the chip into smaller ones.
